On April 20, 2024, the Caribbean oup (CAG), in partnership with Jeffrey E. Turner, Chairman of the Clayton County Board of
Commissioners, will host the CAG Caribbean Cultural Festival at Clayton County International Park
at 2300 Hwy 138 SE, Jonesboro, GA 30236 on June 22, 2024 from 12PM to 8PM.
Formerly known as the McDonough Caribbean Cultural Festival, the CAG Caribbean Cultural Festival is
designed to provide a family-friendly environment to celebrate the invaluable contributions of
Caribbean heritage. It aims to enlighten and acquaint the community with a diverse range of
cultural expressions while fostering a sense of unity through the celebration of the vibrant
Caribbean culture. Prepare to immerse yourself in a day of Caribbean cultural festivities.
This event is open to the public with complimentary admission. Attendees can look forward to many
activities, including entertainment, live performances, dedicated kid zones, games, poetry,
immersive Caribbean experiences, and more. An array of food vendors will be present, offering
authentic cuisine to cater to various palates. Additionally, a talent showcase featuring local
Caribbean talents of all ages promises to provide engaging entertainment. Exciting giveaways and a
host of activities are also on the agenda for the day.
